Bromley Business Hub
Bromley Business Hub is the London Borough of Bromley’s free online resource for local businesses, providing practical support, directory listings, jobs, events and signposting to growth programmes across London’s largest borough.
Bromley Business Hub needed a website that served a wide and varied audience, from startups looking for their first office to established businesses seeking funding, talent and growth support, all within a clean and accessible digital platform commissioned by the local authority.
Public sector digital projects carry their own set of requirements. The site needed to be clear, easy to navigate and genuinely useful to every kind of business visitor, whether they were looking for a directory listing, an upcoming event, a job posting or a signpost to a growth programme. At the same time it needed to feel professional and credible, reflecting the scale and ambition of London’s largest borough.
We built a well-structured website that organised a significant volume of content and resources in a way that made sense to the user. Growth zones, business resources, startup guidance, a support directory, news and the Bromley Works employment initiative all sit within a coherent and easy to navigate structure. The site communicates the real commercial strengths of the borough clearly, from Biggin Hill Airport and its 70 aerospace firms through to the town centre professional services cluster and the life sciences and healthcare zone in Cray Valley.
