EBP South

EBP South is a Portsmouth-based charity with nearly 30 years of experience connecting businesses and schools, delivering careers guidance, work experience, career inspiration events and employer engagement programmes across Hampshire and beyond.

EBP South needed a website that served a wide and varied audience clearly and accessibly, from schools looking for careers support and businesses wanting to get involved, through to young people, volunteers and sponsors.

The brief called for a bespoke theme built around the specific needs of the organisation, accommodating a significant volume of content across multiple audience groups, a live events calendar, news, resources and sponsor sections, all within a structure that remained intuitive and easy to navigate. With schools, businesses, volunteers and young people all arriving at the site with different needs, every section needed to feel immediately relevant and easy to act on.

We built a clean, well-structured bespoke WordPress theme that organised all of that content coherently, with clear navigation paths for each audience group and prominent calls to action throughout. Sponsor logos, testimonials from organisations including Lenovo, Blake Morgan and Clay Hill School, and a regularly updated events calendar all give the site real depth and credibility.

Ongoing maintenance and development

EBP South joined our ongoing maintenance programme, and the relationship has continued to evolve as the organisation’s needs have grown and changed over time.

Rather than a static site handed over and left to age, the EBP South website is treated as a living platform. We continue to make updates, adjust the theme as requirements develop and support the team with new functionality as it is needed. That ongoing relationship means the site stays current, well-maintained and aligned with what EBP South is doing at any given point in the year.
